Twin Parallel is a film written and directed by Justin Anderson showcasing the Jayne Pierson S/S 2011 collection. Premiered at London Fashion Week it features two girls caught in the Twin Parallel- a parallel time shift of the twin paradox theory- with still life, a cuckoo clock and the golden goose girl.
Fashion communicated with lightness and charm, Justin Anderson strikes again. His film for the British underwear label Damaris has, by now, something over 500k hits on vimeo. Mind you, on vimeo!
Seemingly under the influence of flamish still life painting and Grimm’s fairy tales and with a great sense of timing, Justin proves once again that he’s a master of the laconic narrative and clever symbolism.
